Comrade Francis Obule Congratulates Delta First Lady, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, On Her 54th Birthday

Comrade Francis Obule, JP, the Senior Special Assistant to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State, on Political Matters  has extended  his warm wishes and heartfelt  congratulations  to Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, the esteemed First Lady of Delta State, on the occasion of her 54th birthday celebrated yesterday, February 5th, 2024.

in a statement issued by his media aide , conveyed the  heartfelt felicitations of 
Comrade Francis Obule, JP to the First Lady, praising her unwavering dedication to the welfare and  development of Delta State under the steady course of the MORE Agenda.


With a modest  gesture of admiration and respect, Comrade Francis Obule, JP, congratulatory message  to the First Lady, recognized  her significant contributions to the welfare and progress of Delta State as  a Mother to all.

Obule  emphasized that  the  unwavering commitment of the Delta First Lady in  serving the people and her dedication to promoting initiatives aimed at improving the lives of citizens across the state is indeed unassailable.

The Senior Governor Aide  commended Her Excellency's exemplary leadership, highlighting her pivotal role in advancing various sectors including education, healthcare, women empowerment, and youth development. 
He particularly  praised her visionary approach in spearheading programs and projects that have positively impacted communities and fostered socio-economic development throughout Delta State through her pet Project called  You Matter .

 Obule explained further that the Delta First Lady as a compassionate advocate for social justice and equality,  has championed numerous causes and initiatives aimed at uplifting the marginalized and vulnerable segments of society. 

Continuing, he added: " The First Lady philanthropic endeavors 
 has  brought hope and assistance to countless individuals and families in need, reflecting her deep-seated commitment to humanitarian values."

Acknowledging her steadfast dedication and selfless service to the people of Delta State, Comrade Francis Obule, JP,  once more extended his best wishes for continued health, happiness, and prosperity to Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on this special milestone of 54 fruitful years on earth.

He expressed confidence that her leadership and advocacy would continue to inspire positive change and drive progress in the state through the instrumentality of the MORE Agenda of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori.

The congratulatory message from Comrade Francis Obule, JP, underscores the strong bond of partnership and collaboration between  Governor Sheriff Oborevwori and the First Lady, as they work together towards the collective goal of building a better and brighter future for Delta State.

Governor Oborevwori Receives Accolades As He Commissions Emevor -- Orogun Road Phase 1 to boost his MORE Agenda
