The People of Emevor Kingdom have expressed their profound gatititude to the Governor of Delta State for the working Visit he enbarked upon to Emevor town on Tuesday june 11th to Commission the strategic  phase 1 Emevor -Orogun road. 
The  message which was  contained in a press release made available to nesmen reads in part. : " On behalf of the Traditional Council of Emevor Kingdom,  the Political Class, the President General, the Exco , the women , the Youths, and the entire  People of Emevor Kingdom,  l ,His Royal Highness, Dr. John Holt Ologho, the Odion of Emevor Kingdom,  extend our deepest gratitude to His Excellency, RT Hon  Sheriff Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State for his recent visit to Emevor on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024. The occasion,  which  was the  commissioning of Phase 1 of the Emevor-Orogun road,  marked  a significant milestone  that  has brought immense joy and hope to our community.
The Statement added: " We are particularly grateful  Your Excellency,  RT Hon Sheriff Oborevwori , the Executive Governor of Delta State , for 
 graciously directing  the  Hon Commissioner for Works Rural  Hon Charles Aniagwu  to Commence the Process of mobilizing the  Contractor to site for the Phase 2 of  the very strategic Emevor - Orogun Road.

We the People of Emevor Kingdom are convinced in our inner reccesses that the successful completion of this vital road  infrastructure  and 
Your  visit  to Commission the  Road 
signifies  a new dawn for
People of  Emevor Kingdom. The road Will not only enhance connectivity within our axis, but
it  also promises to boost economic activities, improve access to essential services, and promote accelerated development. 
This achievement is a testament to Your
Excellency,  unwavering commitment to the progress and well-being of our people.

The Emevor-Orogun road has long been a dream for the residents of Emevor. Its completion stands as a beacon of the state government’s dedication to fulfilling the aspirations of the Emevor People and their satalite Communities. The road's inauguration has already begun to transform lives, facilitating smoother transportation and creating new opportunities for trade  commerce and industries. It is a landmark that will undoubtedly contribute to the prosperity and growth of our community for generations to come.

We are profoundly grateful for the Governor’s vision and leadership. His administration’s focus on infrastructure development is not only modernizing our communities but also instilling a sense of pride and confidence among our people. The presence of Your  Excellency, at  Emevor on the  momentous occasion of the Commissioning of the Emevor - Orogun Road,   indeed filled our  hearts  with hope and appreciation. The warmth and enthusiasm with which the residents of Emevor   received your Excellency,  is a reflection of the high esteem in which  you are  held by the people of Emevor
kingdom.

Your Excellency,  as we requested during your visit, May l remind You again of my compassionate appeal for the establishment of a cottage Hospital in Emevor to bridge the gap in access to medical attention by our people.

Governor Oborevwori Receives Accolades As He Commissions Emevor -- Orogun Road Phase 1 to boost his MORE Agenda

By WILSON Macaulay  His Excellency, RT Hon Sheriff Orohwedor Francis Oborevwori, the Executive Governor of Delta State, today, Tuesday 11th June, 2024 made a significant entry to Emevor town, Isoko North Local Government Area in Delta State, to commission the newly constructed  Phase 1 of the Emevor-Orogun Road project.  The project, executed by an indigenous company, Emorock Concept Limited, a subsidiary of De Wayles Group of Companies, marks a pivotal development stride in the provision of road infrastructures by the Oborevwori administration in line with the Initiatives of the MORE Agenda.
