Obule made the remarks on Saturday, February 28, 2026, in Warri while celebrating his birthday in the company of family members, political associates, and media partners. He expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for the gift of life and for the grace to serve Delta State at a time he described as pivotal in its developmental history.
